Marketplace Role

Local Market NE operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Products and services are offered by independent sellers.

Orders

By placing an order you agree to the seller's listing details, pricing, fulfillment method, and applicable policies.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Local Market NE may collect marketplace fees which are non-refundable.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for product accuracy, service delivery, fulfillment, and communication with buyers.

Prohibited Items

Listings must comply with the Content Policy and may not include prohibited items, including:

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
• Alcoholic beverages.
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon components.

Local Market NE may remove violating listings and suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited-item activity.

Account Use

Users must provide accurate information and may not misuse the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Local Market NE acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for seller performance.

Changes

Policies may be updated periodically.
