Yes " reviews are purchase-gated. Only verified purchasers can leave reviews on an item.
Refunds depend on the sellers policy and the item type. For physical items, you can submit a refund request; the seller can approve or decline,
and refunds are processed through Stripe when approved. Marketplace fees are non-refundable.
Service listings may support appointment booking. When you purchase a service, youll be guided through scheduling (when enabled).
Sellers must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payouts. Once an order is paid, the platform creates a transfer to your connected account
(subject to any risk checks and policy constraints). Use your dashboard to review payout status.
Sellers choose fulfillment methods. Some local goods are best handled via pickup; others may offer seller delivery or shipping.
